HTC smartwatch appears in leaked photo

HTC hasn’t made any smartwatch yet, but it can be changed now. An unknown person has posted a picture of a watch, which is claimed to be an Android Wear device from HTC. The picture was posted on a Chinese social media site, called Weibo. You can’t just spot an HTC logo on the back, you can also see the Under Armour branding. This probably means that this is going to be a fitness smartwatch.

As you can see on the pictures, the device will have a 360 x 360 circular display. The code-name is probably "Halfbeak", as you can see when you look at the build number. We all wonder when HTC will release this watch. There is no known HTC event in the near future, so the release date is still unclear.

HTC is probably hoping that this fitness inspired smartwatch can help their finances to grow. Under Armour is a pretty expensive clothing brand, but hopefully, this watch doesn’t get too expensive just because of the Under Armour branding.
