Early look at Instagram’s upcoming live stream feature
Someone from Russia has revealed a new Instagram feature called “Live Videos”. A reader of the Russian Magazine T Journal sent some screenshot of the feature. This video is showing how someone tries to watch a live video, but the video doesn´t load. It probably doesn´t load because Instagram hasn’t released this feature yet. The image below shows a button with the text “Go Insta!”. You’ll probably start live streaming if you click that button.
Facebook has already released a live stream feature in January and Facebook is owning Instagram, so that means that Facebook may add that feature to Instagram as well. The live streaming app Periscope is very popular, so Facebook probably wants to give Instagram that features to get some more downloads. We don’t know how this person got access to this feature. The only thing we know is that he/she used a Nexus 6P.
Do you hope that Instagram will get this feature? Do you Periscope’s popularity will decrease because of this? Let us know!
