OnePlus 2 latest news

OnePlus may have just revealed a launch date for its new phone. Over on the OnePlus Google+ page, they have posted this image. It shows a OnePlus One being rubbed out, with the words "Time for a change."

With this image, OnePlus posted that "We're always looking for ways to shake up the tech industry. And we think it’s time for a change. Find out more June 1."

As we don't know what OnePlus has planned, I'm pretty sure that we will see the launch of the OnePlus Two very soon.

I've been hearing various rumours concerning the OnePlus Two in recent weeks. That it may be powered by the Snapdragon 810 CPU, that it could have a fingerprint scanner, and that it will continue to leave out microSD, wireless charging, and removable battery facilities. We will just have to wait and see what OnePlus has to offer.

The original OnePlus One was a bit of a steal at $299, £229 for the 16GB model and just $349, £269 for the 64GB handset. Good news here, as the CEO of OnePlus has claimed the OnePlus 2 will cost around ¥2499 (around $400, £265, AU$500). Keeping the starting price around the same price point as the OnePlus One.
