Active Phone Cooling in Chevrolet cars
Wireless smartphone charging is something that we’d be expecting in a car from the future. And car giant Chevrolet is cooking up something special. They are producing cars with an A/C ventilation system exclusive for you smartphone.
‘Active Phone Cooling’- not only does it recharge your smartphone, it also prevents it from overheating. It’s an example of the luxury features that we’ll be enjoying in our cars very soon.
This promising aspect of Chevy’s upcoming cars will be making its entrance in 2016. It’ll only be available as an option in Chevy’s Impala, Malibu, Volt and Cruze vehicles as a starter.
The system basically consists of air proceeding from the car’s A/C field to the smartphone placed in the charging cabinet. And this will only work when the A/C is on.
This is a really hard punch from Chevrolet, we will just have to see what other car manufacturers can respond with.
