Windows 10 leaked retail packaging design

There’s only about two weeks to go until software giant Microsoft launches the finalised version of its latest operating system, Windows 10. At the moment, we know that there will be a Windows 10 Home, as well as a separate Windows 10 Pro package.

Now, WinFuture leaked the design of the retail packaging of Windows 10. And to be honest, it seems pretty decent. It’s got a clean and simple finish, which makes it unique to the other packaging of previous operating systems. The design of the packaging promotes the new Windows 10 background wallpaper.

We’ve also heard that Microsoft is making USB flash-drive copies of Windows 10, and they’ll be available in blue or purple Windows logos boxes.

And this could be the very last time that we’ll enjoy packaging for Windows. Microsoft has plans for Windows to become an internet based model. We won’t be seeing any Windows 10 retail packaged versions on July 29th, however, you can upgrade to the latest version via online.
