The Apple Watch was a big hit when it was first on sale, but that hype has since been subdued, as sales have declined by a pretty significant margin. According to a report from Slice Intelligence, sales of the Apple Watch have tanked by 90%, with about 10,000 sold everyday compared to 200,000 units sold when the watch was first released in April. Slice also goes on to say that the Sport model is the most popular offering, which is the cheapest at $350. Additionally, about 2,000 Edition models of the Apple Watch have been sold.

Apple hasn't specified how many units total they've sold, however an estimate claims that they have sold close to 3 million units. What is surprising about these numbers, is the fact that it is a first gen product. Additionally, the Apple Watch has sold more units than Android Wear, as there is only about 720,000 devices sold so far. With a major software update coming this fall and even coming this winter, those sales numbers might increase. But for now, we can only wait and see what will happen.
