BLU has been known for creating mid-tier to budget phones for not a lot of money, and they continue that trend by only changing one thing. And that is the specifications of flagship phone with a budget price, instead of their usual mid-tier specs with an extremely low price.
The Pure XL is the phone we're talking about, and it has a lot of offer. For starters, the phone has a 6-inch Super-AMOLED Quad-HD display and a 24-megapixel rear camera. Also, the phone offers a Mediatek X10 octa-core processor, that is clocked at 2.0GHz, and marks the debut of the processor. Additionally, there is 3GB of RAM powering the phone, and even a rear fingerprint reader that is below the camera. The Pure XL is also running Android 5.1 Lollipop, which is the most current version. 64GB of storage comes standard and offers dual-SIM support. The phone will be available on Amazon for $349 on September 29th. For the specifications included, this could be the best flagship phone with a budget price.
