GoPro Drone: Is it worth it?
Today, drones have influenced a wide range of people. Not only does the military use drones, but they have begun to branch to civillian use. Drones not only are enjoyable, but also useful from seeing where to clean the gutters to filming many new movies!
A popular question that comes from new consumers is if they need a high quality drone and a high quality camera and why not a drone with a built-in camera?
Starting with buying a drone and a GoPro or other small action camera, it comes with pros and cons. Pros include amazing quality (some GoPro's reach 4K cinema) and a great flying experience with multiple wide range hobbies to include. More in depth pros of both would include longer flying time, better video resolutions and frames and high quality material. Cons of these two is the fact that the price will be increasing for the higher grade product. But is that the trade-off?
Finally, the other option is buying a drone like the "Ominus FPV Quadcopter". The FPV features a wi-fi enabled camera, but unlike the GoPro, it only reaches a 1280 x 720 resolution. Again, the more high quality equipment you want the lighter your wallet will be. But dont fret! These drones have their pros! If you are a beginner or even an expert pilot, you may not want a camera. The less weight on the drone the easier to control if you're teaching a beginner or as a hobby for yourself.
In conclusion, each drone has their pros and cons. The two drones both have their supremacy, but in the end it is all based on personal preference. If you are interested in purchasing one for yourself keep in mind you only limit yourself to your imagination with these things!
