Most popular Netflix plan is raised by $1
Netflix is the most popular streaming service. They have just announced that their most popular plan is going to go up by $1 from $8.99 to $9.99. This raise in price isn’t that much as you’re already paying less than $10 a month for streaming TV shows and movies. This $1 increase isn’t that bad of a price for the all the TV shows and movies Netflix has added this year and are going to add in the future. It lets users stream onto two devices at once and stream in HD quality.
Netflix haven’t just raised the price to make you pay more, but the actual running cost of it has gone up. They said by paying $1 more it will help the company ‘bring more great content to users’. Existing users of this plan won’t have to pay the new price until October 2016 but new users will. This will let existing customers get used to the new price.
