After a few days being online a web version of popcorn time gets shut down.

Browser Popcorn launched this past weekend as a way to stream pirated movies and TV shows on the web, and it began to receive a lot of attention last night.

The sites owner who identified himself self as a 15-year-old named Milan Kragujevic, says he's received a cease and desist order from the MPAA.

The MPAA has gone after his domain registrar and his hosting provider, which caused Kragujevic to switch the domain from one site to another earlier today but after trying to keep the service online he decides to call it quits and shuts it down for good.
