OnePlus 2 invites expire in 3 days instead of 24 hours
Although OnePlus is just a small company in the tech world, they are known by many for having very budget-friendly smartphones. The OnePlus One and Two are great competitors to flagship devices such as the iPhone and Samsung Note series.
The demand for OnePlus’ smartphones are very high, but OnePlus has made it almost impossible to some people as their phones are only available to purchase with an invite. If you were lucky enough to get an invite, they would expire in 24 hours. These 24 hours gave a lot of people trouble as it’s not a lot of time to think about purchasing a new device. Today, OnePlus announced on Facebook that they were going to extend the life of their invites to 3 days. This means you’ll get an extra two days to claim your phone.
OnePlus’ invite system isn’t really liked in the community because you have to wait such a long time to receive one, but as the company gets bigger they will start to produce more phones and you’ll be able to get one whenever you want.
