LeTv 1s now official!
LeTV is probably a smartphone manufacturer you have never heard of. However, the Chinese based company began to gain recognition after the popular LE 1 which boasted great specifications at a low price point to match. Today LeTV unveiled the LeTV 1s.
The LE 1s design consists of a metal unibody measuring in at 7.5mm. Under the all metal hood is the Helio X10 CPU with 3GB of RAM. The Helio X10 houses 8 cores, each clocked at 2.2Ghz for maximum performance similar to the likes of the Snapdragon 810.
The screen size will measure in at 5.5 inches with 1080p resolution giving it a decent 401 pixels per inch. Round the back is the 13MP shooter with a fingerprint scanner located below the optics. As for the selfie camera, there is a 5MP shooter with an 85-degree lens for wider group shots.
The Le 1s will run Android 5.1.1 out the box but will also have LeTVs EUI skin on top. There has been no mention of an upcoming update to Marshmallow.
The smartphone will sell for a jaw-dropping $173 which is an amazing price considering the specifications! What do you guys think?
