Asus Zenfone 2 Laser now available in USA
The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser hit American shores yesterday after the long waited arrival from its initial release in India.
The Zenfone 2 Laser packs mid-range internals including the Snapdragon 615 CPU with 3GB of RAM. The CPU has 8-cores with an integrated Adreno 405 GPU for great overall performance. Screen size measures in a 5.5" with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protecting the screen. The screen resolution is at 1080p giving it 401 pixels per inch (PPI).
The device gets its name from the 13MP shooter assisted with Laser auto-focus technology. The Laser AF, in conjunction with Pixel Master 2.0 allows the camera to focus on an object in just 0.3 seconds. The snapper also has a F/2.0, 5 element lens design and dual LED flash
The device will ship with 16GB and 32GB models each with the option of memory expansion via the micro SD card slot. The Zenfone 2 Laser will also have two sim card slots. There will be a 3,000mAh battery on board for promising battery life.
The Asus Zenfone 2 Laser will cost $199 for the 16GB model and $249 for the 32GB. You can pick one up straight from the official Asus Store.
