Adobe's first ever video editor makes it way to Android
Adobe has been starting to pay more attention to mobile users, both Android and iOS users alike. That theory continues to become true with their most recent app release, this time for Android users. Their video editing app, Premiere Clip is now available for Android users to download. The app itself however, is not new as it was released on iOS about this time last year.
The Premiere Clip is a simple and easy to use video editor that packs a ton of features. For example, users can assemble clips to a specific order, adjust their look via editing corrections and even put music over the video clips. What is more interesting however, is the fact that the app can automatically put together videos and even match them to an included background music. The most important feature could be the fact that it integrates with all of Adobe's other mobile applications, such as Adobe capture, which would allow the user to add custom color grading to certain clips. Additionally, projects that have been created on Clip can be imported and/or synced to Premiere on the Desktop, which offers a more premium and feature-rich experience.
All of these features mentioned above were implemented on the iOS app about a year ago, so this isn't a major update. On the other hand, it is nice to see Adobe taking the initiative to update and create more mobile apps that aim to offer a desktop experience but on a smaller device. Premiere Clip is free to download and use, but you will need a subscription to use Premiere on the desktop.
