Google and Verizon team up with Star Wars for limited-edition Google Cardboard headsets
If you are a big fan of Star-Wars and Googe's Cardboard VR reader, you're in luck as they have created a limited edition Cardboard headset in four different versions. BB-8, R2-D2, Kylo Ren and a Stormtrooper. The only downside, this is only available on Verizon Wireless. There is without a doubt that this is all a marketing scheme to try to lure costumers to see the movie that comes out on December 18th, but these designs look rather cool and are worth taking a look at, even if it is only on Verizon.
The Cardboard headset is only sold in Verizon stores, and it is free but only one headset per customer, while supplies last. This is definitely worth checking out if you are a fan of Star-Wars and VR and on Verizon's network.
