Would you want to survive an Earthquake?
Earthquakes; hated by every single human being on the planet. Good news! There’s an Earthquake-proof bed available now. But how does it work?
Basically, when there’s an Earthquake occurring, the bed will consume you and allow you to continue to sleep – that’s all while the world around you goes through mayhem.
The bed gives you the option on how you wish to be protected. There’s a method where you are dropped into a little compartment, another method where the whole bed covers you up, and even a method for individuals who think they will be able to survive after being shackled into a metal compartment.
There are lots of concerns regarding this “technology”. Gizmodo suggests that the concept is produced by an inventor Wang Wenxi, from China, who apparently patented the idea for an earthquake-proof bed back in 2010.
Although there are many pros and cons of this concept, the question is: Would you want to survive an Earthquake?
