LG sends out MWC 2016 press invites
Unlike CES, MWC or Mobile World Congress is one of the world's largest trade shows focused around mobile devices, such as Smartphones, tablets, and even wearables. The event will take place in Barcelona, Spain on February 22 through the 25th. LG is getting a head start as they have recently sent out press invites for an event on February 21st where they claim that "Play begins" on that day. No other details have been mentioned of course, but we'll know more information as we get closer to the event.
We are expected to see Samsung announce their next Galaxy flagship phones, such as the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. While HTC is expected to announce their next One series device flagship. Rumors are speculating that LG is going to release a modular looking smartphone, and a new LG G series phone that will differ than the current models today.
