Chromebooks are becoming more and more popular in educational classrooms, even beating out Apple's iPad for education program. While the Chromebooks are great for the classroom, they can often break easily. Thankfully Asus at CES 2016 debuted the new Chromebook C202 which is meant to take a few beatings in the classroom.

The Chromebook C202 has a modular design, so the school can easily replace broken parts such as the battery, keyboard, power connector. The best part, it can be easily be taken apart by using standard tools. Powering the Chromebook is an Intel Celeron processor, it has an 11.6-inch screen with 2 or 4GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The C202 will be priced from $219 to $229 and will ship in February.

Additionally, Asus is previewing their Internet of Things (IoT) hub, which uses Google's new Brillo platform. It can connect things such as camera, smart power plugs and more. Mum's the word on specific details, but the first Brillo devices are expected to come out sometime later this year, so we should hear more information then.
