Huawei recently wrapped up their CES 2016 press conference where they announced a wide range of new products. One of which marks their return into the large-format tablet market, and that is the MediaPad M2 10.

The MediaPad M2 10 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with a 10-inch 1020 x 1080 resolution display and a fingerprint sensor for added security. Huawei's own Kirin 930 octa-core processor is powering the tablet with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage for the standard edition. The premium version comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On top of running Android 5.1 Lollipop, it is running Huawei's custom EMUI skin. The tablet also has a an active Stylus, which has 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity. Alongside the active stylus, the tablet also comes with Harman/Kardon's Chair-Fi audio technology, which helps compensate for lost audio fidelity. It is important to note that the Premium version of the tablet will also come with the active stylus included.

Huawei states that the tablet will make its way to the States sometime in Q1 of 2016, but didn't state pricing details or release dates. Stay Tuned to TechDependent for more CES 2016 coverage. To see all of our coverage, use the CES 2016 tags and/or categories.
