Panasonic's new camera could beat the Sony RX100M4


Sony at CES 2016 announced their new camera, the Lumix DMC-ZS60, which could give Soy's RX100 Mark 4 a run for its money.

The camera has an 18-megapixel MOS sensor with a 30x zoom lens, which is a 24-700mm equivalent. The glass is also powered by Leica. In addition, it can capture 4K (3,840 x 2,160) videos at 30fps and 1080p videos at 80fps. It weighs only 11 ounces. The camera will be available sometime in mid-march for $450.

Panasonic also unveiled their DMC-ZS100, wich features a 1-inch MOS sensor, a 10x zoom lens, which is a 25-250mm equivalent and 5-axis optical image stabilization and 4K wide at 24 and 30fps. It is important to mention that this is the higher-end model, so it will be priced higher at $700, and it should be available sometime by the end of March.
