1Password for Android updated for fingerprint support
1Password, the popular cross-platform password saving application just got a brand new update for Android that includes a material design makeover and fingerprint reader support.
The inclusion for the fingerprint support is critical because before, the user would have to log into the app using their master password, which is often long and complex. With the fingerprint reader, the user can now log in with their fingerprint, instead of their master password. The only downside, it only works with Android Marshmallow's fingerprint support. So, earlier versions of Android or a custom fingerprint reader may not be supported.
The 1Password update, Version 6.0, is available on the Play Store right now. The update also adds support for sharing passwords with teams. Click the source link down below to download the app, or to check out more information.
