Glorious Extended Gaming Mouse Mat Review

I was looking for a mouse mat to go on my desk that covered a large part of it. I wanted one that was plain black and inexpensive to buy. I came across some of the most recognised companies, Razer and SteelSeries, however, they didn't tick all of my boxes as they either had a design on it, or it wasn't the right size.
The Glorious Extended Gaming Mouse Mat is made by Glorious PC Gaming Race and it's probably the best mouse mat I've ever used. It's plain black, only has a small logo on the bottom right corner, it's at an amazing price that can't be beaten and it's 36" x 11" and 0.12" thick (914 x 279 x 3 mm) It offers enough space for a full-sized keyboard and mouse so you'll have no problem running out of space.
As this mouse mat is very affordable, the packaging comes in a plain bag. In my opinion, I think it's better than anything else fancy because you're paying for the mouse mat itself and not the packaging. It also comes with a cool little sticker to stick on your PC or laptop. As you'd expect it will arrive rolled, but the first time I opened it, there was no curling in the corners.
The mouse mat has a smooth surface which is made for speed and control. The base has an anti-slip rubber base which helps it stay in place when you're playing intense games or just browsing the web. The mouse mat has stitched edges to prevent it from fraying. I find this to be a bonus as some other mats don't have this feature and it can be quite annoying to see the surface peeling from the corners.
I've got the black version, but it also comes in a white color with black stitching. This color helps to hide some small stains and discoloration. However, if you do get it dirty, it is machine washable.
Overall, I really like this mouse mat. It's by far my favourite one I've ever owned. Although Glorious Gaming PC Race is a fairly new company and they're not as popular as Razer or SteelSeries, all of their products are amazing. The price is definitely a big factor when buying this and you'll be surprised by the quality of the mouse mat.
