Xiaomi Mi 5 leaks, with 5.15-inch display and Snapdragon 820

There have been many rumors about the Xiaomi Mi 5 for a long time now. The Mi 5 is Xiaomi's flagship device and was supposed to be released last year, but Xiaomi wanted to wait for Snapdragon 820 to become available. Spec details from previous leaks have already been confirmed by the company. The have already confirmed that it will be a Full-HD display, not a QHD one, and it will support NFC and feature a dual-SIM card tray. Xiaomi's exec has also confirmed it will sport a Snapdragon 820 processor.

A new leak has recently come up and it has revealed the Mi 5's specs. The specs are revealed from a piece of paper which you can see above. According to this information, it will have a 5.15-inch Full-HD display, a 2.,910mAh battery, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with OIS and Laser Autofocus. It will have a Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC going at 2.1GHz. The flagship device will have a USB-C port and 4G LTE connectivity. As earlier leaked, it will feature NFC capabilities and dual-SIM functions. That is everything that has been leaked so far.

Although the leaks do mention some specs, they don't mention the device dimensions, the RAM and the internal storage information. You can expect the flagship device to be a compact smartphone as it's going to have a 5.15-inch display and with at least 3 or 4GB of RAM and different storage options. A physical home button could be placed underneath the display with a fingerprint sensor built into it. Two different variations were mentioned. An all-metal body and a glass and metal body. Xiaomi plans to release both of these devices, but as they are still rumors, we can't be 100% sure. The device or devices will be unveiled on February 24 which is only one week away.
