Watch Samsung’s MWC event live using Virtual Reality

With Mobile World Congress just around the corner, various companies will be ready to present new tech in certain events. Samsung’s creative idea is to allow you to put a Virtual Reality headset to use by enabling people across the world to live stream their MWC events.

It is the first time that the South Korean company is exhibiting their Unpacked event to introduce new technology to the world. You can watch the events on a smartphone or PC by selecting one of four viewpoints and then rotating the field of view to enjoy from any angle within the event. To spice things up a level, Samsung want you to utilise a Gear VR headset and a supported Galaxy smartphone to gain the best experience.

With lots of leaks and rumours floating around in the news world, our hunger for Samsung’s new devices has been diminished – however, we could be seeing a Gear 360 VR camera, the new S7 and S7 Edge smartphones, and probably a new Galaxy tablet.
