Google I/O 2016 registration details go live with new site

We've recently covered when Google's annual I/O conference will start, and new we're here to tell ou that Google has published the I/O 2016 website, which details some important information regarding the conference. For starters, registration starts this Tuesday, the 8th at 9AM PST and it shall remain open until 5PM PST on Thursday, March 10th.
To start the application process, you'll need to sign-in with your Google account. Once that is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email. It is important to note that like past years, Google will randomly select applicants to be accepted into the conference. If your submission is accepted, you will be paying a hefty price tag, as general admission tickets will cost $900, and academic admission tickets cost $300. If plans don't work out, you can request a refund until April 29th.
Just a reminder, Google's annual I/O conference will take place in Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California on Wednesday, May 18th through Friday, May 20th. We could see a lot of exciting news released from the event, such as Android N, updates to Android Auto and Wear, and so much more.
