The HTC 10's unveiling is just over a week away on April 12, but HTC has another surprise coming later this year. New rumors suggest that an HTC 10 Mini could be announced with better hardware and a smaller frame later this year.
Android-News, an Austrian site, claims they have access to a few HTC insiders. It says that the HTC 10 mini will be launching in September and it will have a 4.7-inch display, s Snapdragon 823 processor and 4GB of RAM. These are flagship device specs, but HTC could be changing the QHD display for a 1080p or 720p for the smaller screen.
The Snapdragon 823 processor is still a rumor as well, but it's been shown in a few reports already. The upcoming processor is supposed to have the same chipset as the 820, but it will run at a faster clock speed. The Snapdragon 823 is also rumored to be powering the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
