Muzik want to make their headphones smarter

Muzik’s smart headphones are one of the latest inventions in the audio industry, and they’re due to be released in the next couple of months – however, they’re already looking for more ways to tweak their smart headphones. The company is intending to introduce more apps and features for users to enjoy.

Tech giant Microsoft has teamed up Muzik and launched an SDK for Android, iOS, and Windows 10. The SDK empowers apps and services to utilise the headphones’ smart keys feature. We already know that Muzik headphones will allow users to share what they’re listening to on social media, and this time Microsoft has stated that the SDK will now allow users to share on the communication platform Slack.

The SDK announcement highlighted that "Muzik and Microsoft aim to create integrated user experiences between applications, games and hardware, which has not previously existed in the headphone category”.

Back in January, CES 2016 saw the unveiling of the smart headphones that boasted the power to share tracks, photos, and location details onto social media networks. But what will the final product consist of? Let’s see what these $299 over-ear “smart headphones” offer in the next few weeks. Be sure to follow us on any of our social media pages to keep updated.
