HTC's Quarter One reports don’t look so good
Last year HTC announced its M9 flagship along with other interesting devices. But the hardware manufacturer has been having a bit of a problem with its earnings following the disappointing sales of the M9 and probably other devices too. HTC recently published its Quarter One revenue for 2016 and it seems like revenue has dropped by a whopping 64.31% compared to the first quarter of 2015.
Considering the HTC Vive - the virtual reality headset which started shipping in March 2016 - HTC may be able to recover some earnings soon. Some speculations also suggest that the new HTC (M10?) to be announced on April 12th would boost the company’s sales but other people seem to be sceptical about that.
International photographer Kisha Bari has already posted on Twitter about the rumoured camera coming with the device, calling it the “world’s first OIS selfie camera”, but controversially, the post has been removed. So, what is your opinion on HTC? Are they making a comeback?
