Rogertalk, a product from the same company that brought us Spotify is bringing a full-featured Alexa to the iPhone. Roger is an app available for Android and iOS that allows a user to send live voice messages to other users across the globe. It is similar to a walkie-talkie with the ability to listen to received audio for up to 48 hours. Indeed, the app proves to be useful for people who rely on voice communications due to its insane compression levels.

The company that made the app has added a new feature for its iOS and Android versions. Roger can now integrate with Amazon’s Alexa. Now you don’t need an Amazon Echo to use Alexa, you just need a smartphone and what’s more, the app integrates seamlessly with smart home devices just as the Amazon Echo. The app comes with numerous other feature improvements such as Slack and Dropbox integrations
