Samsung's new 10nm 6GB RAM could power the Galaxy Note 6

Earlier this week, South Korean electronics giant Samsung introduced a new 6GB RAM chip at the Mobile Solutions Form event in China. Although a space of 6GB of RAM is not a completely new breakthrough for smartphones, it is certainly a piece of technology that enables a smartphone to stand-out from the crowd. What's even better is that this chip is uniquely stored in a minuscule 10nm form.

Samsung are yet to confirm any definite specs, but there are rumours that Samsung's Galaxy Note 6 smartphone could potentially utilise the 10nm 6GB LPDDR4 chip. The industry of smartphones is developing day-by-day, and elements such as processors and RAM chips are vital for manufacturers to excel with their new smartphones and mobile devices.

Thanks to the previous smartphones that Samsung have launched, we know that the company is a leader in the flash memory field. By introducing this new chip, Samsung could increase their dominance for the future. Do you think the Galaxy Note 6 will boast this 6GB RAM?
