The iPhone 6 may soon not be available in China


With all the buzz in the tech world, lots of companies are accused of copying, or stealing ideas. Recently Apple has run into lawsuits over patent issues, the privacy of their devices, etc. A company in Beijing is currently in a lawsuit with Apple, over a patten issue.

According to MacRumors,The Chinese company Shenzhen Baili has a smartphone that has several patents A recent update shows that, it has be ruled that Apple's iPhone Six and Six Plus infringe Shenzhen Baili’s device's patten.

Apple doesn't seem to have any interest in stopping their sales in China and they are expected to appeal the ruling. If they lose this case, the tech giant could become a larger target to others lawsuits, MacRumors reports. Along with this issue, Apple also faces losing Beijing's customer population for the iPhone.

Apple is having more than just this issue with Beijing. According to MacRumors, the tech giant also lost the "executive rights to the name 'iPhone'."
