The Apple Watch 2 is likely to be introduced later this year, and right now there are many ideologies regarding the latest version of Apple's smartwatch, concentrating on its display technology.
There are rumours highlighting that Apple will be launching a second-generation of the smartwatch in the latter half of this year, and a third-generation sometime in 2017. The 2017 model is said to consist of an OLED screen, but may have Micro-LED panels instead.
A possible introduction in 2017 could see the Apple Watch 3 - and like all technology, it can have major advantages as well as major disadvantages.
One of the main positive aspects of the rumoured smartwatch is that the mLED technology may offer an improved battery life. This would enhance the user experience, battery power and efficiency, and we might not suffer from a bad Apple Watch battery lifespan after all.
On the other hand, a negative aspect is that if Apple decide to incorporate the new and advanced technology in the Apple Watch 3, there could be a big increase in the price tag.
