Ever disagreed with your friend on how a song goes, then look it up to prove your right? Well now the publisher of that song will get some money every time you look up a songs lyrics, according to Engadget.

Google made a deal with LyricFind, a Toronto based company. This is a multi-year deal according to Engadget, so get used to seeing lots of lyrics on Google. This should go to the web browser internationally eventually, but for it was released in the US today.
You might be thinking, Well not many people actually look up lyrics do they? Well the CEO of LyricFind thinks differently and thinks it will be "a significant revenue stream" Engadget reported it could add up to millions for artists and publishers. The artists and publishers aren't the only ones making the money. Under the lyrics is a direct link to that song in the google play store, as shown below.

This looks like a win for everyone. Users can find their lyrics faster, Google brings attention to the Google Play Store, and the artists get more money. What do you think of this new feature and will you use it? Let us know in the comments below.
