Students can now get a free Xbox with a purchase of Surface Pro 4

Going onto College and beyond can be tough, especially when it comes to affording everything you want. We've seen companies give out discounts to students who are looking to save some extra cash where they can, and Microsoft has one sweet deal for students going on right now. And that deal is if you buy any Surface Pro 4, Microsoft will give you a free X-box One.

However, the catch is that Microsoft will honor a $300 discount at checkout, basically making the X-box One console free. The deal is also not offered for the Surface Pro 3. Adding on to the hidden details, the offer is not valid with previous purchases, and there are limited quantities available for this offer.

Adding onto the deal train, Microsoft is offering a free 32-inch Samsung TV for students who buy a Dell PC priced at $600 or higher. The TV is a $319.99 value.

In case you thought that the deal can be used if you're not a student, you're out of luck. According to Microsoft, “Only available to K-12, higher education students, parents purchasing on behalf of students, education institution employees, faculty, staff, school board and PTA/PTO executives for K-12 and higher education institutions.”
