Apple has been in several lawsuits lately regarding patents, and this one is pointed towards their website. Samuel Lit is claiming that Apple's website "carousels" violate his patent. Apple usually has a carousel showing their latest products right up front, as pictured below.

MacRumors reported that Lit's patent is " U.S. Patent No. 8,793,330." His patent covers a digital display carousel system that moves through the options at a curated speed. Apple's website also displays their product in a carousel form and at a curated speed. Apple's website also violates more of the patents claims and MacRumors reports, "Lit is seeking "reasonable" royalties with interest."
So it appears Apple may actually have violated a patent, but we haven't herd their side and we don't know what will be done. What do you think about this lawsuit? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned for updates on this case.
