The New Asus Zenfone Will Feature Snapdragon's Newest 821 Processor

Qualcomm announced their new mobile processor which will be called the Snapdragon 821, a update to their most recent flagship processor the Snapdragon 820. The Snapdragon was used in the most recent flagship phones this year, including the Galaxy S7 line and including the LG G5, One Plus 3 and the HTC 10. The Snapdragon is going to be a quad core processor, running at about 3.4 GHz.

Most importantly it will be powering the new Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe which features a 1080p screen with a 5.7 inch display and a 23 megapixel front camera. It's packing some heat with a 3,000 mAh battery, a new USB type C adapter and a whopping 6GB of RAM. Asus had told us that they would be using the Snapdragon 820 but most recently gave confirmation that it would feature the new Snapdragon 821.
