Amazon has launched many gadgets before to make our lives easier and more convenient when it comes to shopping. There best and most known gadget is the Dash Button that cost $4.99. This gadget can order any item from Amazon with a click of a button. Customers can order anything from energy drinks to dish washing soaps or simply just a bottle of water. Each button has a special logo representing what your are ordering and you have to confirm on your phone that you pressed the button so there is no accidental orders.
Dash button alone generated over 4 million online customers between the moths of March 31, 2015 and June 18, 2016. They sell over 100 of these Dash Buttons everyday! With a huge success of Dash Button, Amazon decided to go a step further and release a Amazon Dash for London. This new gadget makes it easier for Londoners that live in postal code serviced by AmazonFresh to get their fresh grocery orders without leaving their house.
Keep in mind you need WiFi to use both of these gadgets. The new Amazon Dash will adapt to the buyer and can suggest similar items so the customer can get everything they need with as little effort as possible. Ajay Kavan, Vice President of AmazonFresh quoted "With Dash, at any given time, customers can keep track of products when they come to mind and scan to reorder groceries and household essentials as soon as they run out. At Amazon, we’re always looking to innovate based on feedback and Dash has been designed to continually learn as customers use it."
Dash is currently available in 128 London postcodes and Prime members get full coverage for over 130,000 products. These products are said to be at competitive prices and you can get them in one-hour slot, between hours of 7am-11pm seven days a week and same day order if you order between hours of 1pm to 5pm.
