LG V20 to be revealed on September 6 in San Francisco


LG has been rumored to unveil the LG V20 the successor to the LG V10 and the information on the new device has already been leaked online. LG has announced that this new device will be unveiled in September and it is claimed to be the first smartphone to run Android 7.0 Nougat. LG will be hosting an event in San Francisco on September 6 to finally unpacked the LG V20.

It was believed that the LG would reveal the new device during the IFA in September but the company has decided to host the event on its own.

The company sent out press invites to the unpacked event for the allocated September 6 and the taglines for the event: “play more” and “the second story begins”. LG has not unveiled any other information about the smartphone yet, but the V series has become the best, largest and most important line since the G5 did not performed as perceived.

As I mentioned earlier the features of the LG V20 leaked a few days ago, and they depict that the smartphone will run a 64-bit quad-core SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor alongside with an adreno 530 graphics processing unit.

LG V20 will also come with a 20MP back facing camera and 8 MP front facing camera. The LG V20 will also come in two varieties, one will come with 3GB of RAM and the other will come with 4GB of RAM. Also the internal memory could be either 32GB or 64GB, USB Type-C ports and a battery power of 4,000mAh
