Second generation Apple Watch could be making an appearance at the September event

It's almost time for Apple's annual September conference. Usually, at these events you can expect a new iPhone (s), the dates for the software releases of that year, and sometimes that unique "One Last Thing". 2 years ago this September the Apple Watch was announced, and it might be time to start Watching for a new generation. All jokes aside, this September could be the time we see a new model become released. When I say released I mean we get to see it, we most likely won't be able to get our hands on it for months to come.

According to The Verge, Ming-chi Kuo, A knowledgeable analyst has sent out a note giving us some inside on the new device. Originally reported by MacRumors and AppleInsider, (According to The Verge).

This next generation doesn't look to have a huge design overhaul, but will have some improvements. It looks like there is going to be two models, one with more updates than the other. Some updates for the "Apple Watch Two" include a barometer, thinner display, and a GPS radio. According to The Verge, the processor will also be improved and this new device will pack a "16nm processor from TSMC."

It doesn't look like we are going to be on a two year cycle. Kuo thinks a model will be released in 2017 that sports LTE, another device on your plan. Yet another in 2018 where we will see a huge design overhaul that we are all looking for.

The less updated model that was mentioned before should have some but not all of these updates, and should cost less. I'm sure a load of new bands will come with these devices, maybe even special bands that will only work with the new one. This may not happen because of the battery size it doesn't look like the watch will be getting any smaller. For those of us out there who have already bought many bands and are thinking about the new one, including myself, let's hope they don't change the size.

We should find more and more out as we get closer, and we should find out the exact date of the event from Apple later this month. We will let you know as soon as the news gets to us. Will you be buying both a new Apple Watch and iPhone? Let us know in the comments below.
