iPhone users can now draw in Microsoft Office apps

Software and computing giant Microsoft recently updated its Office apps for Apple's iPad Pro and Pencil stylus to utilise inking. However, there wasn't any sign of inking support in Office on iPhones which was a disappointment for users.

Now, Microsoft has begun rolling out updates for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on iPhones - its essentially a move for the apps to feature a drawing tab so users can jot down notes, highlight things, write additional points, and even draw. All you need to do is use your finger.

It is in fact quite difficult to find the drawing tab in Microsoft Office Word on the iPhone, but once you manage to open it up you will have options such as a pen, highlighter, or eraser. From there, you'll be able to utilise extra options - similar to features that you might find on other drawing apps - users will be able to adjust the thickness and colour of the pen.

It's all pretty much the same for Microsoft Office Excel as well as Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Want to check them out for yourself? Hit the source links below.
