Acer announces a new 13-inch Chromebook 2-in-1
We've recently covered Acer's new gaming monitors and new ultra-thin laptop here at IFA 2016, but they have also released a new 13-inch Chromebook that has a 2-in-1 design, which offers 1 13-inch touch screen that has a 1920 x 1080 resolution display, and that 360 degree hinge found on the 2-in-1 laptops that can convert the laptop into a tablet, and into a kickstand for viewing movies, plus other viewing modes too.
Other specifications for the new Chromebook include a MediaTek quad-core processor, plus a battery that according to Acer, can power the device for up to 12 hours on a single charge. There is also 4GB of RAM and either 16, 32, or 64Gb of storage options. The new Acer 13 Chromebook 2-in-1 will hit store shelves sometime in October, with a starting price of $399
