Garmin has just released their new sporty smartwatch at IFA

With IFA on the go as we speak (or type) loads of manufacturers have been releasing their brand new products, including Garmin, who have released a new 4k action camera and a smartwatch so far.

Their new smartwatch looks like a downgrade from their Fenix Chronos, but on the inside, it is a 100% not. The new watch has been packed with new and improved features and is more of a sporty watch compared to the luxury Chronos. This is also obvious by the name of the watch: The Forerunner 35.

The Forerunner comes with a massive battery. Garmin claims that the battery will last for one and a half week in activity tracking mode and about 13hrs in training mode, this includes GPS on and the heart rate monitor running.

As said earlier, the watch is perfect for activities. It tracks cycling, gym activities, cardio activities and for the ones that enjoy it, walking. Next to this it can also handle everything a normal smartwatch can do, like handle notifications and control music. The four colors it will have is black, frost blue, white and limelight.

The watch will be sold for around 200$, which seems fair for a watch with GPS. The first items are expected to hit shops during this year's fall.
