Motorola Announces Hasselblad Moto Mod
We have seen leaks of Hasselblad Moto Mod but now it is official! The Hasselblad True Zoom will only work with three of the Motorolas phones as of right now, we are hoping it will be capable with future Moto smartphone as well, but as of right now, it will only work with the Moto Z, Moto Z force and new Moto Z play!
The Hasselblad will is made to help the user take great images without carrying around a camera when going outdoors. The photos are extremely sharp which means an SD card will be very handy to have. The Hasselblad Camera features a 12-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor. It’s a 1/2.3-inch size sensor with the pixels being 1.55um in size. The camera can shoot videos at 1080p or HD at 30fps. The greatest feature is the Professional mode photo taking, the rest of the features are basically what the Motorola camera app has, like panorama pictures or night mode with portrait and horizontal mode. The zooming features for the Mod are amazing, like 4X digital zoom amazing! If 4X digital zoom is not amazing enough, there is the 10X optical zoom feature as well. The only down side of this Mod, it will not come with a battery so the phone will have to give up some power to take better pictures.
The Hasselblad is not yet released, but can be pre-ordered starting the 8th of September and will be released on the 15th of September for $300 at Motorola or $50 cheaper from Verizon.
