JBL's speakers now work with your personal assistants

JBL, a well known name in the audio world has just announced something new at IFA. According to Android Authority, the following JBL speakers will gain support for these features, "Xtreme, Pulse 2, Charge 3, and Flip 3". You will be able to talk to your speaker as you would your phone and have full control of your music.

You can even check the weather on your device all from speaking to it. Talking to your devices seems to be getting more and more sophisticated. Take the Amazon Echo for example, this upped the game for artificial personal assistants. Now, speakers can still be great sounding speakers but also have share some of the features with Alexa, this technology is only moving forward.

Android Authority reports that JBL will also be releasing a new app which should go hand in hand with these new features. In the end, it seems like voice control could be the best ways to control our devices, do you agree? Let us know in the comments below.
