LG changing the modular design for V20 in hopes for better sales

LG V20 will be unveiled today at San Francisco with a new modular design, this will be the first android phone to have Nougat 7.0 Pre-Installed. LG has made bold moves in the smartphone market before and this time it is no different! Despite the loss they had with the LG G5, they are not giving up on the customers who want a smartphone with removable battery.

Most smartphones in the market will not give you the option to have a removable battery, Apple has never had a phone like that, HTC 8, 9 and 10 are uni-body design, and even Samsung has put down many customers after taking away the option of changing battery with the Note series. LG is definitely making a power move with the V20, they also give the user an option to expand memory and are rumored to have a 4,000 mAh battery.

With the V20, the user will be able to open the buttom half just like the LG G5 but you can also open the back half of the phone to remove the battery from the device and while the phone is half open, you can insert an SD card for more storage. The LG V20 will not have the same modular design as the LG G5, which means camera and speakers will not fit in the modular design.

The specs we might see on this phone are great. It will have a 5.5 inch screen with Quad HD, it might also keep the second screen on top of the phone, similar to LG G5 design. A powerful Snapdragon 820chip with 4GB RAM. Dual camera design with one of them being 21MP.
