Parrot launches new drones

Getting tired of typical quad copters? Well, the new drones from Parrot might be interesting. The company has recently announced two new drones: the Parrot Mambo and the Parrot Swing.

The Parrot Mambo might look like your average drones but its packs some exciting features like you can attach a mini cannon on top of the drone and shoot at targets. How cool is that?

And in case shooting is not your thing, you can still attach a robotic arm to lift objects up to 4 grams with the drone. All these sound expensive? Actually, it is not. The drone comes at a price of $199.99, which will be its main selling point.

The Parrot Swing focuses more on looks than on additional features. Looking like an X-Wing Fighter, the drone will be able to flying horizontally and vertically. It takes off like a normal drone but once it reaches 18 mph, it will be able to do stunts and flips. The Swing is priced at $139.99.

It seems like Parrot is trying to attract newbies in its market area with low price drones for them to learn with compared to DJI, who is focusing on professional drone filming.
