This Samsung smart belt is now on Kickstarter
Back in January, we all saw the South Korean conglomerate Samsung announce a health-tracking smart belt at CES. Now, people like you and I can get our hands, or shall I say waists, on one of these unique devices.
A spin-off company called Welt recently fired up a Kickstarter campaign in an attempt to raise funds for the official launch of the smart belt. Throw in $69 or above right now and you'll receive the wearable device. Now, this wearable device not only monitors your waistline, it tracks your eating habits, counts the number of steps you take, and even the amount of time you spend sitting/resting.
The Classic and Premium models respectively feature a more expensive price tag each. Should the campaign be successfully funded, you'll be opening a package with the smart belt inside sometime next January.
