LG´s latest flagship have very impressive specs

After some weeks full of rumours and leaks, LG finally released their new flagship the LG V20. The V20 has a metal body, that doesn’t look too similar to LG V10.

The V20 have a beautiful 5,7 inch Quad HD display. The display is brighter and larger than the previous V10. Like the V10, LG´s new flagship features the small secondary screen. The secondary screen will show you notifications, quick settings and it will also let you quick launch applications. This is a cool little feature that can be very useful in bright and sunny days because the secondary screen is easier to look at in full daylight.

On the back of the device you can find dual camera lenses, this is not so surprising because lots of new phones are getting this feature. The wide-angle camera will let you capture wider, more panorama like pictures. The normal camera will let you capture photos with a 16-megapixel resolution, while the wide-angle just have 8 MP. LG is using their hybrid Autofocus system, which includes laser autofocus, phase detection AF and also contrast AF. The device also features electronic image stabilisation, in form of the new Qualcomm Steady Record 2.0 EIS technology for less shaky and smoother videos. Overall LG V20´s camera is good, but probably not the very best on the market.

The V20 is not going to be semi-modular, like the G5. On the G5 you were able to switch the battery very easy, and you can put on separate battery packs. The V20 will let you pull off the back-piece to swap the battery. This means that phone will not be water resistant, but it has completed the MIL-STD 810G Transit Drop Test.

V20 comes with built-in 32-bit HI-Fi Quad DAC, which means that LG have has invested a lot in audio quality. Because of the Hi-Fi audio support, the phone will be able to eliminate background noise. The V20 will also feature a Bang and Olufsen Play audio tuning.

One of the biggest features is that LG´s new flagship will come with Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. But LG is still using their LG UX interface, so it´s not pure android. The latest LG UX 5.0+ will have a redesigned notification area, and also a more dynamic lock screen. Of course, it will support Nougat multi-tasking mode and more Android Nougat Core features.

The LG V20 have some impressive features and it will come with Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, USB Type-C port, Quick Charge 3.0 and a 3200 mAh removable battery. If 64 GB of base storage isn’t enough you will be able to put in a micro-SD card.
