Amazon and Pandora will team up for Music service

Amazon and Pandora will team up to go against two biggest music services, but how will they convince the users to make the switch? Well, they think if they charge people for half the price they might grab peoples attention. Currently people who use Spotify or Apple Music, they are paying $10 a month which adds up to $120 a year! If you do the math, you can get the same deal from Amazon and Pandora for only $60 a year. That is a huge 50% cut and this price seems much more reasonable than what Apple and Spotify charge.

There is a catch to the $5 service, it will not give the user unlimited skips on music. Pandora is planning to open a second option near Christmas time that will give full unlimited access to millions of songs for the same $10 that Spotify and Apple Music charge. Amazon was rumored tone working on a music streaming services as well, that would cost $10 but did not comment on that.

There is music out there that can be found for $5 a month, but those are limit to specific group of people. Amazon provides $5 music but only to users who have the Amazon Echo, so if you do not use an Echo you can not be qualified for the discount. Spotify and Apple music do offer $5 deals, but that deal is specifically for students.
