Leaked images of Googles upcoming devices

Some days ago Google announced that they will release two new phones on an upcoming Google event. The event is planned to be on October 4. Google has also confirmed that they will change the name “Nexus” to “Pixel”. And according to leaks, Google´s upcoming phones will be called Pixel and Pixel XL.

Two images of the two devices were published by Android Police on September 19. The pictures show the devices side by side, one time with the screen upwards and one time with the back upwards. Both the devices are white, but almost all the recent leaked photos showed a black model. Almost half the back of the devices are made of glass, and the other half looks like aluminium. Both phones also feature a fingerprint sensor, and of course a camera.

The images of the front of the device don't reveal anything special. Just a rear camera and a little thing that looks like a speaker. This device looks pretty simple because the main feature of Google´s device is to showcase the latest stock Android.

Here is also some leaked specs: They both will probably come with a fresh Snapdragon 821, a fingerprint sensor, 4GB RAM and the standard USB-C. The bigger Pixel XL will probably have a 5.5-inch Quad HD display and a 3,450mAh battery, while the smaller sibling comes with a pretty small 2,770mAh battery and a 5-inch display.

The batteries in these devices are pretty small, but the rest of the specs is very impressive. I´m excited to see how the device looks at October 4!
